Stanley Foster, President
Stanley is a strong technology practice builder and a leader with over 20 years of experience in IT Infrastructure. He has an extensive Unix and Linux background and brings a broad, comprehensive and encompassing understanding of IT Infrustructure components to our business and our customers. Prior to Vanguard, Stanley was a manager in Systems, Network and Database Administration departments at Vantage Systems, Cambrex, and Hewlett-Packard.  Stanley has a BS degree in Computer Science from the City College of NY.

Bruce Kenney, Jr., VP Operations
Bruce has extensive experience in Datacenter and Facility Operations and Maintenance in Symbol Technologies and Cambrex Corporation.  He also has more than a decade of experience as an IT Advisory Specialist at IBM.  He is a seasoned systems and network hardware setup, configuration, and administration professional and brings unparalleled knowledge and value to our internal and client-based operations facility support activities.  Bruce has a BS Degree in Computer Science from City College of NY with several Microsoft and Cisco certifications.

Mark Meadows, VP Engineering
Mark is a seasoned Research and Manufacturing Engineer with over 25 years of experience in both Upstream Product Research and Manufacturing R&D.  He has led engineering teams in General Electric, Gillette and Proctor & Gamble in areas such as design, evaluation, fabrication and prototyping of micro/precision and medical devices. He also has extensive experience in high speed manufacturing and mechanics, laser processing, process control and instrumentation and statistical process control methodologies.  Mark has a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University.

Andrew Watt, VP Marketing
Andrew has held a number of management and executive positions at NY Transit Authority, Prudential and Standard & Poor's.  He has more than 20 years experience in business finance and marketing as well as an understanding of the technical side of the IT market sector. Andrew is a Professional Engineer with an MBA from Columbia University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from City College of NY.

Gary Foster, Director of Systems and Network Services
Gary is an experienced professional with more than a decade of project and program management experience. A typical example is a million dollar Application Development and Maintenance Pricing Program at Lucent Technologies. Gary combines a strong background in analytics with real world experiences to consistently deliver projects that meet and exceed client expectations. Gary has an MBA in Computer Applications and Information Systems from NYU Graduate School of Business Administration and a BS in Computer Science from Columbia University School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.
